Don’t expect a reply or result for atleast 3 weeks & it’s likely to be wrong. Rubbish flimsy kit & absolutely disgusting customer service. That’s found in a separate link on website so majority of you will do the test wrong & get false results through no fault of your own, due to poor instructions & hence contamination of your sample. Also Instructions manual inside does NOT give full instructions as to how to avoid wrong / inconclusive result. They’re based in USA so anyone abroad like Uk are in different time zone which doesn’t help. There is NO WAY OF CONTACTING them apart from emailing and they respond upto a week later. My result is Girl which I am so happy with! I did another gender blood test with a different company to confirm and that one also came back as Girl. Then I took a shower and did the test straight away to minimise contamination. I followed the instructions carefully but I also prepped the area by disinfecting, placing down a clean cloth and then the test kit on the cloth. I have a 7 month old son and I also live with my husband. I have to admit that the reviews here about people being ignored scared me into emailing a lot more because I thought I was being ignored but that ended up not being the case. They were very kind and professional too. I sent about 5 emails by Tuesday morning and they finally responded to my last email on Tuesday afternoon. I started emailing them over the weekend and I didn't get a reply. When I reactivated my second test, I didn't get an email. They sent me another test which I did on the Wednesday and I got my result on Tuesday evening. Spare yourself the headache and don't buy from SneakPeek.I sent my first test on a Tuesday and I got an inconclusive result the following Monday. There are plenty of other reputable retailers out there who actually value their customers and fulfill their promises. Save yourself the trouble, frustration, and money by avoiding this unscrupulous company at all costs. Based on my terrible experience, I wholeheartedly advise against purchasing anything from SneakPeek. They seem to have no qualms about taking hard-earned money from their customers without delivering on their end of the bargain. I cannot help but conclude that SneakPeek is nothing but a bunch of heartless cheaters, preying on unsuspecting shoppers with false promises and non-existent customer support. It's as if they simply don't care about their customers once they've got their money. I emailed them numerous times, expressing my concern and seeking answers, but to my dismay, they never bothered to respond. Instead, they insist on using email as their sole means of communication, which proved to be futile in my case. They don't provide any contact number, making it nearly impossible to get in touch with them for assistance. To make matters worse, SneakPeek's customer support, or lack thereof, is utterly abysmal. Days turned into a week, and I still had not received any information regarding the whereabouts of my order. After making the purchase, I eagerly waited for my package to arrive promptly, only to be met with disappointment as the delivery never showed up. First and foremost, the advertised next day delivery was nothing but a deceptive ploy to lure unsuspecting customers like myself. Little did I know that I was about to step into a nightmare. First of all you have to get so much blood that it takes ages and leaves your fingers all bruised.
